Canelo’s status as the pound for pound king shouldn’t even be debatable but now I’m seeing people say he was inexperienced when he fought Mayweather and this Canelo would wash him like people weren’t hyping Canelo for being unbeaten at the time and thought his size advantage would give him the edge.

That was my personal fav ‘money’ Mayweather performance and it was a blessing in disguise for Canelo. He’s clearly studied that match and his defence has been up there with the best ever since.

His record should be 3 losses instead of 1 though. Lets not forget that.
