People forget that the only reason canelo fought Chavez Jr was because saunders ducked him for his first fight at 160. That fight was already agreed to. Saunders was supposed to fight on his undercard against Liam smith but he bytched up and said he wasn't gonna be ready. If BJ didn't want smoke with canelo back then he definitely don't want it now. He's avoided tough fights his whole career. He might fight Andrade just cause Andrade has pillow fists. But he's not gonna wanna fight canelo anytime soon. Especially after this win.

Canelo would be the clear favorite , EJ would have to have the best performance of his career to win if he jumps up from 147. I’d give him a 30% chance. But he really believes he can beat him, not on some Mikey Garcia shyt, so idk.

The way he looked against Danny I wouldn’t advice him to do it now. Let him and BlueRay work for a couple years and then he should revisit Canelo.
