Selling her as a goody-two-shoes with two degrees and a dental office wasn't going to work

It's a nice story but like ... people dead ass fear the dentist. And with her underachieving/not getting desired reaction when she is clearly the person they'd like to build the women's division around ... go ahead, let her crack a little bit. Start having her lecture folk on oral hygiene (think Kurt Angle's initial heel run, when he rightfully saw himself as an OBVIOUS hero but the way he went about communicating that pissed people off) and how their poor eating habits are fukking them up, etc.

I'm assuming they didn't go that route because it's kind of stereotypical gimmick. But as a face, there's nothing she does remotely close to her gimmick outside of entrance attire and finish. Beyond that, she's a wrestler that just so happens to be a legitimate dentist. Nothing really fleshed out.
