If you notice in the clip, Iyo had an introductory interview on her debut, and the announce team told us who she she was and what her accolades were as she walked towards the ring. She didn't just get thrown out there in front of the audience, and nobody had to google her to know who she was.

So you're just going to ignore when Excalibur talks about the accolades of when someone debuts even if it's just a one-off appearance? Why does that only count in WWE and not AEW?

You're predictable. I was waiting for you to mention Excalibur screaming a person's indy name and AEW name into the mic ("OMG!! IS THAT TOMMY END, OR, OR MALAKAI BLACK" haha). Anyway, Excalibur regurgitating as many names & facts as he can in 2.3 seconds is not the same a video package, an interview, and a clear, listenable explaination of who a person is and why we should connect to them.

Why do you have to know someone to enjoy it? Sounds like you care more about stories than the sport/wrestling.

If I don't know who someone is, then I don't care how many stupid flips or springboards they can do. They won't resonate with me.

Absolutely, I grew up during the golden ages of Hip Hop. My favorite artists were my favorite artists because they told me about themselves, their lives and their realities.

But I'll pass on watching the NFL. Don't really care for the product.
