get this casual shyt outta here

Devin has a defensively responsible fighter first, Crawford will dog fight to the get KO, and so will Tank which is what they had to do

The fact Gamboa was cool with just getting out boxed, and letting the dog come out like he always does, shows he had no answer for devin skill wise

Devin only 21

What are you talking about?

Anyone saying Devin didn't beat gamboa easier than tank don't know nothing about boxing, that get the KO stuff is casual talk, and they don't understand gamboa was in survival mode the entire fight not willing to take any risk like he normally does

He couldn't stop him but he didn't coast either and didn't gas, didn't give Gamboa even pockets of success... his power just wasn't enough to stop him. Haney has enough pop to keep his opponents honest and he can score big KOs here and there but he's not a bomber.
I said I was gonna be ok with this if he doesn't stop him as long as it's a shutout where he doesn't coast and that happened.
He might need to practice opening these dudes up more though.

If ppl want to compare it to Tank vs Gamboa it depends on where you look at it from. Tank stopped him afterall, he's a big puncher, on the other hand he let Gamboa to have a little more success in the process and against Haney Gamboa didn't have a torn ligament.

Not that it means a lot anyway... Robinson Castellanos retired Gamboa in his corner after 6 rounds... with all due respect to him, is he better than both Haney and Tank?

Gamboa threw more punches, more jabs AND more power punches than Haney. Survival mode? I mean he WAS cautious but Haney didn't go for what he claimed he wanted enough to support all that shyt he was talking

Man it's alot of names in here I never see in The Ring...talking bout Devin Haney don't got no drawing power and is boring but a Devin Haney fight brought you here

:stopitslime:

KOs ain't the only thing that makes boxers...Pernell Whitaker was the shyt but let yall tell it he trash. Floyd too.

Floyd got Corrales and Gatti out the paint tho. Bad comparison to use Floyd. I like Haney but sometimes you GOTTA make a statement and an example

Survival mode? Nah Gamboa was trying just couldn't get in range props to Haney for keeping the distance but the performance was mid tho.

Gamboa same fighter who been knocked down 11 times in his last 10 fights but was eating Devin shyt too easy for my liking and dev ain't no small 135 lber

this is why fighters shouldn't be wasting their time with certain fighters

tank fought gamboa when no one asked and struggled to kingdom come and won via mercy stoppage
haney fought gamboa and while he could land on him was not able to hurt or drop him

out of prime gamboa :hhh: - this is why ppl shouldn't really encourage these fights unless they do something to earn those fights

If Ryan sleeps Campbell like he's being doing these other guys lately, the young blood lightweight order will be:

1. Fimo
2. Ryan
3. Tank
4. Haney
I think Teo is clearly ahead of all of them but it doesn't look like there is a definite order after. Tank needs more fights at 135, Haney and Garcia need more names.

I first wanted to argue with your list but I kinda agree ultimately. Campbell name would definitely push Garcia ahead of Tank and Devin. Ill need Commey or Kambosos to mix it up with those 3 so we can see things better.

Also Colbert might also be a player in there in a couple of years too.
