And he still threw more punches like I said he did. That's not just surviving

:what:Gamboa didn't take any chances at all. Throwing more punches doesnt always equal to doing anything productive. Breh BARELY touched Haney. Everytime he got close he held when in the past he would try to exchange/or force the issue and end up getting clipped with his chin exposed. He felt something early and opted not to be another ko highlight.

LOL duck tales. Haney ain't hurt shyt with his Malignaggi punches. You keep stepping around the fact that GAMBOA THREW MORE THAN TANK. and not just in jabs. He threw MORE POWER PUNCHES. So....? So more cautious, yes, JUST SURVIVAL naw

Yall gonna keep on with this dumb shyt.

When fighters start fighting world class dudes, KOs don't just appear. Do you think Gamboa is maybe tougher, and fought more world class opp, than any fighter Haney has faced?!?! Haney can break your face if you're a mid level guy. Not a world class guy. Stop with the dumb shyt.

Stop whining. There's nothing dumb about any of us dismissing Haney's performance. He didn't back up the shyt he talked or meet the expectations HE SET, and people are rightfully pointing that out. The fight was lackluster. Yes it was a one sided shut out,but there's been alot of reaching by LDBC (whom I'm a big fan of), Sergio Mora etc. Acting as if this was a floyd level performance and it wasn't. I don't respect Haney comparing his performance to the one Terrance had. It's not the same Gamboa, which is very evident. Gamboa is 17 years older than Haney, noticeably smaller and was never as good of a boxer as Haney. Even if i give him a pass on not stopping gamboa, he couldn't even hurt him and the damage he dished out was lil to none. It was a cool lil victory but in the context of the shyt he was talking and everything i layed out, it was totally forgettable, did nothing for his career, and proved absolutely nothing.
Someone like loma or teofimo would have abused this version of gamboa. Haney simply does NOT have that dog in him. He boxed like he was trying to win on points in a fight that he promised to destroy someone in. He did a great job defensively but his offense was c-level

Didn't even watch the fight. All of what you said with I agree with. It just flumoxes me when people are surprised by this.
