Congrats to Kambosos though. Fought a great fight. If only Teofimo had a game plan and didn’t just go in there overconfident and underestimating Kambosos. Again, so many possible variables as to why Teofimo wasn’t focused and sharp in there.

I really hope he changes his tune and gives Kambosos his props.

I don't place too much stock in what fighters say after a fight. Alot of emotions swirling about. Imo the Takeover took a big hit yesterday and a rematch, if they could scure it, would give Lopez the chance to right the ship. Trying to forget this happened won't be possible. Lopez should try to make this right if possible.

I actually could see Bob forking over the $$$ since now it makes sense for him. Kambosos has way more value rn and the chance to get those 135 belts back on TR/ESPN is enough to merit bringing out the big $$$.

Lastly, TMT def doesn't care about names bro lol. Have you seen Tanks resume lololol!?!? They're doing PPVs with Romero, Cruz and Barrios for crying out loud lol. They're all about maximum reward and minimum risk.

But you're right- TMT and EVERYONE else should be forking up $$$ to secure a Kambosos fight to lock up those belts. I could see Hearn digging deep into the bank tho than everyone else cuz this is his golden opportunity to elevate Haneys value, something he has struggled with up to this point.

Kambosas and Lopez will.never fight again. The fight should.have never happened in the first place. Lopez should have dropped those fukking belts the moment he won them. Instead he got caught up in the glammer of having them and they now might have cost him his career. He can bounce back burs it's going to take A LOT of changes. Whoever said he could turn into the next Broner is spot fukking on.

Great fight, especially the 2nd half cuz that's where the FOTY energy really manifested.

Teo was too riled up and fought with too much emotions and it cost him. nikka was walking right into punches that he could have avoided if had just settled down. Plus he needs to get away from trying to shoulder roll everything. He was looking more like Yarde than James Toney while doing it. He needed to keep both hands up and he neglected the body. He did surge late and make the fight closer, but he lost clearly. Prolly only won 4 rds in my book. His dad was hot and cold with the corner advice. One rd its, take your time, next rd, its why haven't you gotten rid of this fukking guy yet. lol. shyt was a mess

Kambosos had a great gameplan and looked more fluid than usual. He set traps, countered, pushed the tempo when needed, boxed and fought when he had too. He always changed it up. He did get timed on defense at times, but dude took them shots and fired back.

Teo need to move up to 140, fight a Zepeda or go straight to Taylor. Either way he's prolly the underdog to both.

No way he fights Zepeda as his first fight at 140. Zepeda extremely dangerous, very slick, very smart, and has devastating power.

Although he'd def be the underdog to Taylor, he most definitely wouldn't be the underdog to Zepeda. Whether it's Taylor or Teo, Zepeda losing. However I do feel that Teo can't run from this L because his brand took a big hit. A rematch should be his highest priority but karma will dictate he won't get it as he didn't afford Loma the same opportunity.

I disagree. Zepeda is almost as skilled as Loma to me. Very very dangerous fighter. Teo would be smart to avoid him at 140 until he's comfortable at that weight with those punchers.

Teo's not getting a rematch, he's moving up to 140 anyways.

Bob probably not coughing up the money for Loma Kambosos.

Mayweather definitely isn't either for Tank/Kambosos, even though he should. But TMT doesn't care about belts, they care about names and Kambosos still isn't a big name. But the thing is they should pay for it IMO. Because they're not paying for the fighter or belts. What you're paying for is control of the division. If Tank fought and beat Kambosos, he'd put the rest of the division in a position where they'd have to come see him and make these fights. And Mayweather Promotions could dictate all the terms

Teo gotta push for that rematch asap. fukk anything else. Kambosos just became a rockstar overnight. Chances are he's gonna be dealing with all kinds of distractions in the coming months. As soon as he gets off the plane he's gonna have top shelf p*ssy served on a platter. You do what AJ did with ruiz and secure the rematch immediately.

I spoke to Lou Dibella, and he was annoyed at the people trying to push Haney onto them. Made it clear they don't have to fight Haney, Devin needs Kambosos more than Kambosos needs him. They're gonna take the rest of the year off and reconvene next year.

Sounds like Kambosos will be sold the highest bidder, should be interesting to see how that plays out
