Ortiz was the ring general for 6 rounds though, thats why people are saying he was outboxing Deontay.
Boxing is more than just hitting, its positioning, feinting, and etc.
He had Deontay hyper defensive, walking him around the ring, doing whatever he wanted in there, but he made a mistake and Deontay, set it up and took him out.
Yup, that's why Ortiz was so mad cuz he was winning and knows he was the better fighter but Wilder has that 1 HIT KO to negate all that :wow:

disagree, its a overly dangerous fight that most wouldn't take because Ortiz is a very good contender.
You could say he is clearly in the top 5 of the HW division, and we know for a fact Joshua and Hearns didn't want him any where next to AJ.

Wilder rematched the man and took him out without any claiming of low blows, quick stoppages, and etc.
He did this when he had the Fury fight locked in and didn't even need to risk it.

I THOUGHT WILDER WAS CRAZY
FOR TAKING THIS FIGHT.
HE HAD NOTHING TO PROVE...

WHILE FURY AND AJ OUT HERE
FIGHTING CUPCAKES.

RUIZ JUST TURNED OUT TO BACKFIRE.

No Wilder had it all planned out, he let Ortiz do all of that :troll:

Wilder vs Dubois would be a shootout, Dubois chin hasn’t been really tested though. Wilder’s looked a bit vulnerable at times but he’s tough also.

Yeah a change of trainer might be neccessary for him. We get that w power like his it can always bail you out but he should be working on setting shyt up :snoop:

Lennox Lewis would be a perfect trainer for him. Knowing Wilder. He’s not going to change anything. He said it himself that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

The biggest sports show they have has a damn boxing expert on it and you think they wouldn’t be able to top a 4 week training camp special:gucci:

No, they wouldn’t.

You haven’t been paying attention to boxing this year, and it clearly shows.

ESPN barely promotes their PPVs, which is why they have had like 1 in the last 3 years?

Crawford vs Khan had a training camp special by BT Sports, it’s still on their youtube. Yes, England’s BT Sports trumped ESPN with promotion on that fight...it was frustrating.

FOX PPV’s have 4 part Fight Camp shows played every weekend for 4 weeks leading up to the fight...and they play these in and around NFL on FOX. Hell, even regular FOX fights get more promo than ESPN PPV’s!!

ESPN can’t even put the recent Terence Crawford interview from Sports Center on their own Youtube page. Bob Arum also said the Terence Crawford fight will not have a press conference.

But yes, a Max Kellerman is going to save the day.

Please.

They got endless praise for Canelo but be hating the fukk out these Black undefeated fighters who dont need Mexican meat or corrupt judges that have to retire from boxing.
