Frank Martin might have pulled a good move by not taking the fight....no promotion, no fight build up, no press conference and its on a thursday
But its Top Rank so it won't get the pushback like PBC does

Since when do contract negotiations work like that? Haney teams could have stood firm and said this is the only deal we will give you, and gave Stevens time to respond.
Devin even said In an interview that stevens hit him saying he woulda took the deal.
