Reality is that Shakur could be fighting Devin right now for undisputed at 135, which would have gotten more promotion and have more buzz. But he fighting next thursday for ONE BELT getting no promotion....whatever Frank did it ain't close to what Shakur did

shakur might have done bad business but he is still in a TITLE fight in the interim against a solid lightweight from the other side of the street..he's a 2 division champ, unified in one of them...outside of blowing weight he easily handled conceicao and the jap his last times out

frank martin nearly got upset his last time out against a sizable underdog and ducked a guaranteed title shot to face Mr. TBA or TBD

Shakur overestimated his popularity, which was why he wasn't willing to take that 25% against Devin but wanted Frank to take that....Frank ain't even want 50/50 split just a fair split.
