Had a great job/walk the other day.

Some much needed clarity and deep thinking done.

Went home and got my fishing gear organized, my camping gear organized and got my kayak all organized. Gonna hit the camp grounds and lakes in a few weeks.

I work in an office, but I walk around routinely, back and forth, always have to go here and there, plus all the way to the bathroom to piss because I drink about 48oz of water. Since I can eat at my desk in peace I'll eat whenever then as far as my designated lunch if I don't have shyt to do I'll hit the work gym. I can do the basics like a full bench press, full squat, depending on what I plan on doing after work I may do pull ups. I often go in before work and use the erg there (the exact same one I have at home) or will do my calisthenics work or treadmill.

I look at it the same way as when I was a kid. Going out being in the sun, having fun. Same way mfs get caught up watching 3hrs of Netflix I'll do a walk (just walking), a run, a bike ride, and be gone for hours.

I was talking with a friend and tell them that I'm glad I love working out cause when I'm bored, I lift. When I'm sad/depressed/angry/happy I lift. When the weather has been good I spend a good 2-3 hours just walking around outside. If I can get back into running, I may never be home :blessed:
