I love walking. Found out when in the zone I could hit 4k in 30 mins regulary.


Back in May 23 I went on a mad one for nearly 2 weeks. My phone had me in the top 2% worldwide lol

I use mine for the exact reason why you made this thread. What's your favorite feature and what feature is it missing that you wish it had?
Favorite feature is definitely the clock interface, I use the one called "Slashed", I like that I can glance and see my important stats, am assuming it's available on yours is the same

Really nothing missing, I didn't go with a smart watch because I didn't want or need anything too fancy as far as making calls etc

I use it as my tracker and alarm that's it. It has Google wallet and music controls but I don't use those

Here are my stats for the past week

I started doing this just for general fitness, not overweight , don't eat crazy unhealthy but definitely not fit. Did my annual bloodwork a few months ago and all my cholesterol levels are high just borderline nothing crazy

I try to walk 1k steps every hour from the moment I get up with a minimum of 250 a hour, until I hit the 10k,everything after is bonus steps . Only times I haven't been able to meet the minimum is work related

Its brick cold where I'm at so I get most of my steps inside

Do you notice any cognitive or energy level changes over these past couple of weeks? good shyt tho keep it up

No energy changes, definitely cognitive, I think about walking more than other less productive shyt.

I also with my goal of 1k steps an hour push myself, I've developed a "must" get it mentality.

So much so that I'm thinking of upping it to 15k steps during the warm months. 10k is just my base am averaging almost 12k now, got 14.5k yesterday easily

salutes on the consistency @newarkhiphop :salute:

Folks underrate how drastic of a change you can make with your health simply by walking and just moving your body.

Add in balanced diet and strength training and you’re an entire new person
Going to incorporate those here slowly with a pushup, squats and pull up programs
