Day 2 complete. I do a set of 10 followed by 20 squats for a total of 100 and 200. I have to incorporate different types of push ups I think. I'm not feeling any significant burn in my arms.

For those that have been doing this a while, are yall typing this stuff everyday? Like from day 1 or just copying and pasting?

I've started doing BJJ, yoga, lifting, and swimming again as of last week. But when I first started the challenge, it was the most physical activity I was doing regularly in months. The last half of last year I was focused on other stuff and got out of shape but this challenge helped to start getting my body conditioned again before I ramped up my real training. It's definitely helped my strength compared to where I was before I started it. Muscle definition is back and abs are starting to show again :dame:

This was exactly me breh, before getting to the real training (going to the gym 6 times a week now). Push-ups were the most I was doing and the body benefited for sure. Core game skrong! :banderas:

This, along with clean eating, cold showers, intermittent fasting, meditation and No Fap have me feeling like a god -- no lie. I haven't even ramped things up with gym workouts and jiu jitsu yet, so I know this year will be amazing if I keep up these disciplines and keep working hard. Bout to put my head down and do that, adding little by little.

But all in all, this challenge gets you strong fast physically, but most important, mentally. It has me not wanting to let myself and my standards down, while auditing my life and finding more ways to improve. Glad to be 10% done. Bout to turn it up a notch.

Knocked out day 3 before 10am. I'll knock out day 4 at 5 am when I get up since I have to be at work at 7.

Yo I've been doing 50 of these besides my usual 100 lately, breh. When I did my first 25 I literally thought about how you always coming up with these wild push-ups like "Man where the fukk does breh find these shyts?!!:what:"

Yoooooo!! This is one thing I guess push-ups helped me with too fam! You see I learned how to do hand stands years ago, but in the last two years I just couldn't do them because the balance felt all wrong. So I'm reading your reply and you're talking about hand-stands so I'm like; "yo it's been a while since I've tried"! I just tried them and got a 20 second hand stand legit, that's when I noticed the lack of pain on my wrists.

These push-ups got my wrists strong enough to handle my body weight vertically. That's the only thing that can explain me banging out a hand stand without much trial and errors today as opposed to the 10 minutes I tried doing a single 5 second one last year.
