Note: I decided to use the 34-33-33 system someone out here devised. I also don't do these three sets the same way, I do the normal push-ups with a decline first (34), followed by the diamond push-ups (33) and lastly I do the wide-armed push-ups (33). That way I'm working different muscles and making the whole effort more worthwhile. I began using this method on day 8 I think.
