Y'all doing any extras like eating clean? drinking protein? Hitting the gym/cardio?
I was just tripping how easy it is for me to do 60 in a row now....back when I'd struggle at 30, I couldn't see it.
...it's slowing giving me confidence that I can reach goals and transform my body, I just need this level of dedication...It's like rewiring my way of thinking more than anything...
I'm not doing anything extra...still eating like shyt...not cardio like I want...but it's something I will apply later...
