yeah definitely belongs in some type of psych ward/facility heavily medicated if he can't be charged.

with some type of demarcation that he should never be allowed to own a firearm.

He should never be allowed out of a locked facility. He does something like this, while bragging about it, he’s not fit to be out and about in society. Reminds me of that homeless dude who attacked that lady in the subway last year. He had killed his grandma when he was 13 and then got released as an adult who the fukk signed off on that
