I'm not saying Woody had nothing to do with Revis leaving...

All I'm saying is its painfully obvious Idzik was just as much responsible...

Revis wasn't the only high priced talent we let walk because of that buffoons inability to negotiate with players/agents...

Woody didn't just all of a sudden wake up one morning and say "ok lets go spend"...Idzik always had the OK to spend just like Maccagnan...Idzik chose to play hardball with everyone...
I dont see anything that proves he had the OK to spend. We all knew that him holding off to spend was to spend later. We all posted that in here years ago. It was a part of the plan we all clearly saw.

Those play calls were the same. Fitz average 5.3 yards per pass attempt in the air, 58% of his passes under 5 yards all season, yet somehow, you determined that the play calling was safe for Geno that game. :russ:

The first game all season where a TE caught a td, so calling that was safe?

I watch film of all jets games. This is the first time I've heard this safe play calling angle.

Kerley doesn't drop that 3rd down pass and Marshall doesn't drop that td, it's a one score game.

This isnt about bias....you're making shyt up about that game.

Bruh, I don't front about Fitz not being able to throw down field well. Geno's whole argument against Fitz is that he can make throws that Fitz can't. What good is that if the OC doesn't trust him to make those throws?

Passing to a TE in the end zone is risky now? FOH

This is flat out bias fam, you been caping so hard for Geno that you got yourself convinced Woody made the Fitz signing happen. It's gettin' to be a headache having to watch cats whine about Geno every time I'm in this thread. He's had every opportunity to earn his shot and nobody in the organization trusts him. It's so bad that a journeyman with a year or two left who everyone acknowledges is mediocre has a stranglehold on the starting QB role. Wake up, he just ain't good yet (stressing yet, he can be good and I'm rooting for that ish but he's obviously not there).

Fitz had a deal on the table since March. Woody didnt suddenly swoop in last second on this one.

I don't think people remember how horrible of a situation idzik came into.

We were over the cap,had little talent, Tim Tebow,a bunch of horrible contracts, being instructed to unload revis, had rex forced on him etc.

Idzik entire first year was just cleaning up the mess Tanny left.

I don't think he was even a mediocre gm,but he definitely got railroaded in his short time here. I still feel like he wanted to cheap out and tank to get rex fired so he could get his own coach and have a shyt ton of cap for said coach.

Ultimately most of his draft picks didn't work out and thats a major problem when you want to build through the draft. Good plan, bad execution

Macc basically got to reap all the benefits that idzik sowed. No bad contracts, tons of cap,own coach, high draft picks.

It's now a "you been caping" angle.

Bro....you're dead ass lying about Geno bring protected that game. It was the same play calls "that game" we saw all season, period.

You really acting as if there was a jump from a qb where 58% of his passes are less than 5 yards in the air travelled for the next dude. :mindblown:

1 thing I don't do is make shyt up. You clearly made shyt up about the playcalling in that raiders game. Nothing changed

Geno stans are interesting to say the least
Racist jets fans like yourself are the norm.

No one calls geno a star. We want youth at qb and don't know of Geno can play well with real talent. You call it stanning
