When I think Hilcrest I think Jews and Asians, according to wikipedia Hilcrest is only 1.9% black. I think this article may have neighborhoods mixed up;.

That's why I love ladera heights, Baldwin hills, etc... blacks put money back into the community...

I follow a woman on Twitter who live in Prince George's County. She says that the public schools are horrible. The elementary school near her is rated F. She said she is moving when her son goes to kindergarten. I can't remember if she said she was going to put him in private school or not. Her husband works from home for the government as an engineer.

Are you sure that isn't UnionDALE? Unionville is an hour and a half from NYC, rural with 600 people, mostly white.

They do but it's not the same, we talking communities, not just stores where you don't know the person who own it is Black unless you know them personally.
People always say DMV but nahhh..... just say PG specifically cause out in PG county black people are eating own businesses and households in specific areas surpass 140000 annually. Government contractors are using their money to fund other businesses.
Only down side is the educational system which is average really, just looks shytty compared to hoco, moco, nova. But I'm pretty sure it's decent compared to other schools around america.
Overall I CANNOT live anywhere outside PG maybe Houston or ATL. But being black in America if you don't live in one of these areas you're automatically losing.
