I would living the south balling isn't the same housing wise. The money spend the same no doubt but you can stuff down there you can't get on the east/west coast for the same price.

I know. but the salaries aren't that much different either

Rather have my salary stretch more in the dirty than in the higher priced spots.

Use yours. How is this list credible at measure affluence without Atlanta suburbs? Either list is measuring the wrong thing or Atlanta suburbs wealth is overstated

Atl actually has business owners. They make less then these blacks who work for cac companies in the DMV. Don't be fooled.

DC has black business owners as well, and there won't be stats to compare both groups.
PG County's towns are separate, it is not one area, that is why it isn't grouped as one area. Some of these places are like 20 min. away from each other. Most of them have their own police departments. There are also HORRIBLE areas in PG county like landover, suitland, and seat pleasant.
