yup I was looking at Mansions in Cascade (historic wealthy black neighborhood), and there were a few HUGE mansions for like 700k. Kandi from the group Xscape lives there, and bought 2 mansions that were next door to each other Cash and made it one property. She probably spend less than 1.5 mill to do that too. They not living as good as atl heads though. And they rely on cacs. Atl heads can buy a mansion for what they paying for there houses.

And you won't believe the price...... :coswin:
Not odd at all. Every last one of these communities are in areas with a high cost of living generally. That's why I keep telling my mom in Texas that DC ain't cheap.Odd nothing in the ATL area
Yea i got a boy when we graduated he ended up getting a job offer in DC for like 60k and we thought damn you balling until we factored that 60k in DC is like 35k in ATL, it aint poverty but damn sure aint balling. Not odd at all. I live in one of the top 3 places. It's not poppin like that. The COL is wack as hell and most of these folks work for the fed gov't but I ain't mad, I am trying to get on too and something else falls through.3 of the most expensive cities in the US. Not surprising
This is the most unBlack area i've lived in my life. No blk businesses, cacs run everything. Hey, we got gov't contracts tho.Blacks should start looking at the profits in farming . Big $ to be made , then that could lead to black owned grocery stores
use your brain.Odd nothing in the ATL area
All of that potential that can be used on black businesses.
Why the yawn
I would living the south balling isn't the same housing wise. The money spend the same no doubt but you can stuff down there you can't get on the east/west coast for the same price.
