I've lived in areas where men holla at chicks (Caribbean) and also in areas where men don't (Tampa Bay). Florida has shytty public transit (outside some major areas) and it is hot.

The woman in the video didn't give a reaction and as her back was turned to these men, they continued yelling out to her. THAT is when it becomes harassment...when your interaction with the person is clearly unwelcome and you still persist.

It's weird how you Americans Brehs approach women. In Australia, there's usually an unofficial rule that you would only act like those guys In the vid in places like nightclubs where everyone is trying to get laid. we don't really approach women in such an aggressive way on the streets, actually it's rare that I see people interact with each other on the streets if they're strangers. And even when it does happen, the locals usually use self depreciation/humour/teasing and if she seems interested, the guy gets her number or meets up at a local coffee shop and if she isn't, no harms done.
