Depends on what you mean by "leading to anything"...you're assuming that anything short of fukking would be considered a failure.
If she did that same video again, and instead of making it a point of staying silent, responded in kind, but kept it moving, I bet most of those interactions would've still ended there. Very few would've gotten actually gotten up to holler at her and the one guy who walked with her for a while trying to holla (not the creep, the other guy) would've spent LESS time walking with her.

Ive already answered this....some people enjoy flirting and enjoy exchanging pleasantries. Many of those guys would've done the same even knowing their was physically no way it would lead anything more.
