Tyson fury just knows how to win boxing matches.

He knows how to speak to the judges and boxing heads.

To layman’s Francis won that fight easily. But by boxing rules Fury won easily.

To anyone being real with themselves Francis more than overachieved and he exposed tyson/boxing as way more vulnerable than they want you to believe they are.

nikkas are just being stupid because of the carny nature that sold this event....no heavyweight champion, especially one who is the number 1 heavy, worth his fukking salt is going to be like hey let me downplay my ability and status to make his opponent look good..nevermind a boxing novice with no pro fights...a fukking creed 3 ass situation nearly went down :heh:..but it's a work...ngannou drops fury, shows competent defense, nullifies a big part of fury's usual offense, shrugs him off, and gives him a shiner...no work is that comprehensive lol...fury tried and virtually failed even with a win...a career mode glitch (word to my bro @LauderdaleBoss - by the way drop some thoughts on this event in here)..fury and Co went back and forth about is this a pro fight or exhibition and worked themselves into a shoot...he has a 1 pt SD win on his pro record with a boxing novice now..dumbass fat stupid gypsy..

You want to see a work/arrangement in boxing? Watch Seth Mitchell vs Johnathan Banks 2 - me and @theflyest have mentioned this fight..that is a fight with an agreement lol

I was thinking about this after the fight.

The whole “Rocky” scenario is only realistic in this era if a MMA fighter is selected to challenge the champion of the world.

You could easily make a movie out of that. MMA champion and Boxing champion have been talking shyt for years, but due to the MMA champions contract obligations, the fight can’t be made. The MMA champion loses 3 fights in a row, and is cut from the promotional company and forced to retire. He’s squandered all of his earnings, however, his brand is so big, he still gets opportunities post MMA career and becomes an MMA analyst. The boxing champion calls out the washed up MMA fighter, that has no chance, and he’s offered the biggest payday of his career…..

There you go right there.

You can tell Tyson was embarrassed in the post fight interviews and even the one the day after. He DID NOT want to have a fight that close while he's still prime enough.

Finally watched that fight and I had it a draw smh

Gave 5 rounds to Fury (one swing to him) 4 to Francis (one swing as well) and the last one was embarrassingly inactive so was a 10-10 for me.

Ngannou started well, was sharp and focused but faded hard after round 3. Surpringly, he clawed his way back after round 7 by switching to lefty and just... boxing Fury :dwillhuh:

A very embarassing showing by Fury. Don't know if he didnt train for this but he looked bad. Ngannou looked good and threatening and I think that future opponents will take him seriously.

Through the rounds, his boxing gradually became disheveled and he noticeably slowed down but he still paced himself well overall for a first boxing match.

This showing elevated his stock crazy and I hope he can box for a couple of years, there's plenty of fights and money to be made.
