It's good when not done too often. Not everybody needs to be champion for 365+ days and not everybody needs to be champion for a few weeks.

Agreed. I think reigns should be at the minimum as long as Priest's. Year long+ reigns will just hurt the product the more they are done and the crowd will eventually turn on the champion if they're face.
