Impact Wrestling just concluded their Bound for Glory PPV production meeting before tonight's event and we were told that the identity of Eli Drake's "New York Open Challenge" opponent is scheduled to be none other than James Ellsworth.
That will put butts in the seats

I'm surprised Tommy Dreamer isn't involved. He seems to pop for every other event.

"You're out of line, this is the Hall of Fame!"

LMAOOOOOO. They desperate to stir up some interest for this match.

I'll tune in though, might be the last Impact PPV ever so.... Some of these matchups feel overcooked at this point, but there should be a couple decent bouts.

A couple hours before the show and they got them cursing at each other in tweets still. Comes off so amateur I'm sorry.

I think something big is about to go down tonight. I just can't put my finger on it.

I don't. These dudes on going back and forth talking about potatoing each other in their match. If there's that amount of real heat and Impact aren't making them pull those kind of tweets or finding another opponent for their world title match they are all sorts of dysfunctional.

Or this is a lame last ditch promo stunt, which like I said comes off real low brow.

Why is that? They're in trouble again?

:francis:I'm torn of if I should be IN due to the fact that the feeling is not there with this event, compared to Slammaversary which felt :lawd:GAWD:damn:!

How Impact went from folks doing the Cokeboy muscle man gif, to:shaq2:meh:aicmon:

Why is that? They're in trouble again?

The go-home show did the second lowest number of 2018 for them, and their fourth show in a row of declining viewership, all headed into their biggest PPV of the year.

Pop has also just moved them out of primetime, which is never a good sign.

We will be seeing how deep Anthem's pockets are in 2019 for sure.

Should've gave Moose the strap.

They could've still turned him heel and had Brian Cage chase him.

ROH cliquing up with NJPW.

Lucha Underground not missing EVER on their episodes.

WWE sucking...but making millions on auto-pilot.

Impact is still good....but something is stagnant. I still copped the ppv at fite.tv. It's gonna be a good show, I think.
