stupid mandate that if a reigning champion in one division decides to move up to the next division above it and compete for the title there...he's pencilled in as that champ's mandatory

That's really unfortunate, 2 cases of fights being delayed now, disappointing, wonder who's on standby, probably won't be anybody great. Chisora probably wouldn't want that fight or could have just put him vs Usyk on the other bill.
