SEC Will Appeal XRP Ruling in Case Against Ripple
A federal judge ruled that while Ripple's direct sales of XRP to institutional investors violated securities law, its programmatic sales to retail investors through exchanges did not.
A dip may be in store, which i'd welcome so i can get more for when they lose again
Hopefully SHIB will take over the #11 spot on Coinmarketcap by Monday
