Look for the sell orders that are in the range you're willing to pay for, if you see one that has the total amount you want manually put the price in and buy it. I'll take a hit or pay slightly higher to sell/buy things faster.

I can't even purchase b/c the 2 open orders are also holdingt he BTC hostage that I had used to place them in the first place. If I cancel the orders, should my BTC balance refresh with those amounts and then I can try and purchase again? I'm pissed off b/c if so, i'll be buying at a higher price than my initial orders.

Here are the open orders below:
2017/12/23 22:40:39 BRD/BTC Limit Buy 0.00008100 5000 0.00% 0.40500000 -- option to Cancel

2017/12/23 09:11:43 LEND/BTC Limit Buy 0.00000398 15000 0.00% 0.05970000 -- option to Cancel

and here's how it affected my available BTC balance:
BTC Bitcoin Total: 0.464708300. Available: 0.000008300 In Order: 0.464700000 BTC value: 0.46470830

as you can see, there is 0.464700000 BTC being held hostage by the pending orders

you can cancel em if you want. that happens when you hit buy but the price changed and now it's not gonna sell til the price you bought at gets hit. you can cancel em and reorder.

nah fukk it, not buying anymore, i should've had those 5000 BRD at $1.02 in addition to the 1000 that I got at ~$1.50. No more buying tonite, we'll see what happens tomorrow. binance fukked me on those open order deals that should've gone through.

Like @((ReFleX)) said you can cancel it, when it comes to selling in a slower coin just look at the list and find the bid that is closest to what you want. I sold some garbage ass Mana at a slight loss to get Bread, if I just hit sell for whatever the box suggested it wouldn't get sold.

With these alt currencies, how are y'all measuring your performance and if you're up/if you're down since they don't go directly into USD? Since Alt Currency A can be worth more of ETH/BTC/LTC than you bought it for, but ETH/BTC/LTC can be down against USD?

Just exchanging it back into a main currency and waiting for that to go back up?

got my money to gdax. having trouble finding a good tutorial on moving to binance from there

Which currency is in gdax?

Go to deposit section on binance, click the name of currency u wanna transfer
When u press deposit, a wallet address will pop up

Copy and paste it, go to gdax and send to that addy
