Better to spread in my opinion. What happens if they decided to suspend your account? Happend to me with binance was a bytch to have it enabled again. I also had some money with bilaxy and they got hacked a few weeks ago. I also got an account with coinbase which i had no problem with yet

Both are very significant in their own way.
Research what they both do and you’ll see why.

I also don’t understand why so many leave out KSM in the DOT conversations when Kusama is Polkadot’s first parachain.

Everything on Polkadot will be on Kusama FIRST. It has almost everything that DOT has, but with a way lower market cap (3M) while bein the flagship parachain of and within the DOT ecosystem.

All the exciting projects will be premiered on Kusama. Those that are stable enough will transition to Polkadot. Kusama like Polkadot has parachains they auction off which will drive demand to the project by default.
