Those quick left hooks Ryan keeps landing flush on his opps are fukking fun to watch though. Campbell definitely got saved by the bell after he caught that shot flush to the temple.

It's almost bizarre seeing how hard Ryan can punch. Doesn't seem like he should be generating that much power.

His footwork truly is awful. Kind of makes him getting this KO more impressive.

When people say speed is power this prob what they mean. The speed he gets his body behind the punches is impressive. Guess that's why he stay cemented to the ground for that power though

Am I the only one hoping Ryan Vs Haney doesn’t happen yet?? These kids are what 21-22?? They haven’t even fully grown into their adult fighter bodies/styles yet. Their prime is still years from now. I mean, that’s a legit PPV SUPERFIGHT at 147 in like 4 years. That’s Floyd vs Oscar. I say let these kids keep learning and getting experience. There’s plenty of decent guys they can fight climbing up the ranks to get good experience from.

I mean, did Floyd, Manny, Oscar, Cotto etc fight top level, equally matched up popular adversaries at that age? Of course not. Floyd vs Judah happened when they were like 30 years old and most importantly, in their prime. The winner in Ryan vs Haney right now is not definitive and could easily lose the rematch in a blow out fashion in a few years.

Let these fights marinate a bit longer. Let these kids get better, faster, stronger and meet up at their prime and full potential. Yeah we don’t want to drag it out to they’re 30 but sheesh, 21-22? Come on. Pushing for these fights right now is bad IMO.

I somewhat agree but they’ll have to fight older more developed fighters like Tank etc anyway so I’m not sure it’s worth it.

Could always do a trilogy aswell which you can stretch over a couple years.

It's not even how bad the knockdown was. It's the punch he got hit with. That shyt was a telegraphed looping left hook. Top fighters don't get hit with shyt like that. He didnt try to move his head or even keep his guard up. It looked as if he didn't see the punch at all. There's something missing there. He doesn't seem to be able to think quickly on his toes.

If you're gonna have slow feet you better have great upper body movement. But Ryan has neither. Dude looks very stiff and awkward.

But with his speed and power he's always gonna be a threat for anybody early on. If he clips Teo or tank he could hurt em. But those guys are too smart to trade with him early on. They'll just take their time and wait for Ryan to make mistakes. They don't even have to press the issue. Ryan is so undisciplined right now he repeatedly puts himself in dumb situations. So It's not just the physical things. Last night showed me Ryan has some mental flaws that I don't think he can overcome. At least not any time soon. And now everybody knows he got that China in his chin too.

Tank will work the body and use head movement to stay out the way until an uppercut comes. Teo will use an educated jab and then turn a hook over and hurt him bad. With all that said he’s going to be in fun ass fights I’d really work on his right hand. He’s really a 1 handed fighter right now.

What Ryan was doing in the Luke fight in leaning and moving his head back is enough to get out of the way from Tanks short reach. Not that I condone that or don’t want him to work on his head movement but I do think it’s a more complicated match at this moment for Tank based on their styles and sizes/reach. Tank will get caught trying to come in.

I see what you saying, but Ryan footwork so bad, I don't know if he could pull that off. He'd be better off going right to Tank and hope for a shoot out he can use his leverage to win.
