Tomlin going to probably have to give up some control of the team if he wants to stay. He picks the absolute worst staff and he's blindly loyal to them. Arthur Smith and now Monken...he's bringing in bland bums to design an offense with an old QB at the helm. Teams have that bullshyt figured out by the end of the season.
