They keep on over performing giving them a wack draft order, also leading to them not rebuilding which means that they’re not improving just putting lipstick on a pig, no luck with draft picks in later rounds and never really got a qb after Ben to build around.

Najee has no impact on the game. Hes a volume runner that provides no spark to the offense. You can literally replace him with any NFL RB and get the same production.

Arthur Smith and now Monken...he's bringing in bland bums to design an offense with an old QB at the helm. Teams have that bullshyt figured out by the end of the season.

While you have some valid points ... Arthur Smith's best years as far as offensive production came with Derrick Henry. It's entirely possible that for his offense to actually work, it requires a dominant run game or at the very least, a QB who is competent enough to make defenses open up for said run game.

Najee is the type of back -- as best I can tell -- who needs a good OL to flourish. Warren is fast enough to cover the ass of a Steelers OL that has been below average at best for the last few seasons. Even if Russ is a better thrower of the ball, the Steelers should have stuck with Fields, as this offense desperately needs somebody who can make shyt shake when it all falls apart.

Najee is the embodiment of the Steelers. Just slow, sluggish. Got 1000 yards but not really a threat or a weapon

I am in the camp where I think Najee is underappreciated, but he absolutely needs to play somewhere else.
