AJ was a lot more patient in his past few fights when had guys hurt; I think since he was getting everything he could handle from Dubois he was ready to get it over with and got reckless. Questionable training and teaching from his camp.

AJ is probably relieved to no longer have the pressure of putting up that annoying front as this bad, quiet, stone face killer on a mission.

I think we’ve seen the real AJ immediately after his losses, especially this one.

He’s about to be 35 and still has fights to make. He’s not retiring.
