Did I watch a different fight? Canelo beat the shyt out this dude and dropped him very clean with one punch.

Word, I thought he looked sharp.

not every fight is gonna be a KO. He’s fighting some bigger guys than early in his career. Always has happens when you go up in weight. Your power kinda isn’t as strong

The main reasons it'll be difficult for bud is because not only is canelo bigger, but he's also damn near just as fast as bud. And might even be faster depending on how much speed bud loses going up to 168. Jermell lost a considerable amount of speed. Canelo is also much harder to hit clean than bud. He sees everything in slow motion.

Bud would have to fight a perfect fight in every way to pull it off. Obviously it's possible, but probably not likely. Canelo's speed looked blistering tonight. He's going to catch bud clean at some point. Just depends on how bud can take it.

If canelo is going the distance with edgar berlanga, he has prolly slowed enough to where crawford can outbox him and benavidez can outwork him...if he insists on fukking around with light heavies bivol will put another beating on him...and beterbiev ko's him

:mjlol: Any other fighter would be getting rightfully lit up for not stopping an overwhelming underdog
This!!! The odds on berlanga were on par for a gotdamn cherry pick....Canelo was not supposed to go 12 with this guy

Not getting a stoppage on Ryder, Munguía, Berlanga or Lil Charlo looks kinda funny in the light.

It's like when Manny stopped getting KOs, was still winning but noticeably fading. It's age. Hopefully we don't have to see Nelo getting spoonfed porridge with his eyes closed before he retires.

Also, I hate that Nelo tried copying G's chopping hook to the top of the head. shyts sweet until you hurt ya damn wrist at 34.:mjlol:

Crawford has that psychopath level of competitiveness that I will never count out. 168 will most likely be too high of a weight difference, but I would still watch him try AND believe he has a nonzero chance to pull it off because of that drive.

Canelo fans have more confidence in him beating Benavidez than he does. :lolbron:

Thank you. Mind boggling reading the comments in here. "Canelo beat him up all night". Well duh lol. Never seen a Boxer in a world title fight have that many holes defensively as Berlanga

Canelo night still have the handspeed standing in place, but you can see he is now struggling to close the distance. 50% of the fight, Berlanga was on the ropes leaning back... and Canelo STILL couldn't close the deal and get the knockout

I’d still take my chances with Crawford. I know he’s not dumb enough to fight Bivol again. Would get smashed against Benavidez tho.

Playing it safe after getting whooped by Bivol. Heard he’ll be fighting in Japan next. Exhibition I’m guessing.
