[06/01] AEW Dynamite: Double or Nothing fallout / Road to Forbidden Door begins

So I watched the MJF promo.

He’s a great talker. Very emotive and emotional.

In a vacuum this is an awesome promo


Here’s my problem:

The whole MJF saga is leaving me kind of confused to be honest. Is MJF supposed to be a babyface now? Because he basically cut a babyface promo. Is Tony Khan going to be a heel? I really don’t want to see Tony Khan as an on screen character. MJF gets his heat back, but what about Wardlow? Kind of an afterthought now. nikkas would hate when HHH and Cena did things like that, isn’t it just what MJF just did?

I think AEW would be better if Tony Khan was just an uninvolved money mark and let people with experience run the show. MJF should have come off more like a whiney bytch than justifiable disgruntled. Wardlow should have chased him out. Someone that understood wrestling psychology would redirected the tone and verbiage of the promo.

After the show Mox said it was 15k people there. Wonder if that was legit. It’s was pretty packed. Some empty seats but nothing was taped off
