I liked worked shoots as a teenager. It's a relic from a bygone era that does nothing but insult my intelligence at this point. What about all the people that don't even follow or care MJF is underpaid in real life? What did this do for the rub he just gave Wardlow? Take away the fact that this looks to be building to Khan involvement which we never need on tv. His promo was scheduled. He didn't just walk out from the back like Punk or thru the crowd like Scott Hall. It's one of the laziest "shoots" I've ever seen. Felt like Jeff Jarrett complaining on Raw. Y'all have fun. My man said I'm watching TV wrong

Hell all or most of the AEW haters…
(Who were before AEW even existed and needed something else to hate on and TNA was the only other thing to hate on so they was doing the same thing then as they doing now)
…. Were calling AJ Style bland up until he went to NJPW. Then since they don’t watch that, that was the only reason it stopped. Then we he came over, but proxy they had to love him
Some thought Tyler Black was bland too. Moose was bland as fukk in ROH and early TNA when Lashley was there but now he’s brilliant
But again….. I think people just need to cook a little, get more comfortable and just find they grove. And that takes about at minimum 3 years.

Naw you tripping.I didn't need to hear from MJF tonight tbh.
The only version of worked shoot stuff I like is when it leads and build to a match that is worth a damn. I loved Punk "pipe bomb" because it was an incredible build to a WWE Title match. I fukking despised the "I'm Phil Brooks talking to Paul Levesque" bullshyt he ended up doing with HHH like 2 months later.
Nothing about what MJF said made me want to watch what's next for him because there was nothing there. Oh he's mad because "he deserves better"?and he wants to be fired by "fukking mark" Tony Khan? Yeah no thanks on having Aderall Man on TV running an angle.
Maybe if this wasn’t such a big story then you would have a point. But 99% of AEW fanbase wanted to hear what he had to say. And for all you know this will lead to a storyline. But it was necessary and it would have been weird if he ignored ut

I get your point. The issue is while these guys(outside of Aj) were "figuring it out" they weren't in multiple main events looking like they don't belong until they were ready. That's the problem here. Guys like Garcia in multiple Dynamites with Danielson/Mox. When ready made talent is on Rampage.
It's ok to disagree. There's nothing to misunderstand here. Worked shoots in 90s Russo or TNA Russo shyt which is fine to be fond of. Like I said have fun. They can be fine but I've seen enough of them. This didn't blow me away. MJF has better promos. I wasn't as entertained as you. It's not that serious.

I can’t front…. And maybe it just me cuz I have a bad memory and also with the way it seems like AEW books stuff due to lack of tv hours (3 total for a week) and a fairly large wrestlers
I just don’t feel like I been seeing a lot of these folks like that enough to feel the same.
Like promos, I’m not really the biggest promo guy for that to be the make or break AND ALL for guys so I discount that.
And with the exception of tonight and Sunday. I honestly don’t recall the last time I saw DG wrestle.

Just got back from the show. Despite being 
about the card, the show was fun and entertaining. Crowd was lit all night and was only a little down during the womens tag (but still active).
After the show Mox cut a promo praising LA as being one of the GOAT Wrasslin territories.
Likely gonna hit up Rampage. Should be more fun to add on to this tour.
