WM build this year is disappointing.

Feels like a lot of different factors intertwining at once :

- dates are way too spread out between RR->EC->WM
- european tour threw a weird wrench into everything
- Roman and Cena both barely around and Rock hasn't been seen once since they dropped the bomb


Rock also set such a high bar with last years build that they were almost set up to fail regardless.
