Downloaded ZSNES to play DBZ: Hyper Dimension late 90s. The site I got the ROM from had the message "whatever you do, make sure you download this game too" and it was a link to Chrono Trigger. Game changing experience. Was primarily a PC gamer for the next 10 years and had some of my best times gaming during this period.

It's impressive how sophisticated those emulators were looking back. You didn't need the most powerful computer in the world to run games well.

I remember playing fan translations of Bahamut Lagoon and Live a Life on my old Windows 98 PC.

Just terrific.
