He's had plenty of subpar games over the last couple months. I couldn't give a fukk about that. Y'all dudes too busy watching box scores to see the bigger picture.

@Morethan1's bytch ass has been tagging me all day wondering why I haven't replied in this thread.

No excuses now; gloves are off. Zion has to lead the Pelicans to the playoffs and advance past the First Round (at least) this season.

:hubie:

Cuz you said so? :laff: :laff:

Zion Better watch out now :mjlol:
:mjlit:

I SAID WHAT I SAID, NXGGA. WHERE ZION AT? WHERE THE PELS AT?

I still think he can and will salvage his career but it's a damn shame he let himself get like this.

Unless he or the organization wanna be honest with his injury and give us any reason to give him sympathy as to how he could have ballooned like this, he deserves all the flack he gets. He needs to learn to be a professional and invest in his body. He's got way too much money to still be letting mom and dad run everything for him.

Are we sure about this, breh?

:francis:

This team finally put on promising young core (albeit struggling) on the court for the first time in his career...and he still has lower body issues requiring SURGERY.

Breh...

I'm tired of Zion's shyt. He definitely gonna sign his rookie extension and we gotta deal with this shyt for another 6 years.

I've seen this show before. Atleast he's a beast when he's on the floor.

But, this has gone on far enough. Zion should be pressure, HEAVILY, by the team execs to get in DUKE shape.

But, you and I both know they gonna continue to baby him and bend over backwards for his family.

We're 1-6 and possibly won't win another game over the next two weeks.
I'm done.

His career is certainly salvageable.

If I were the Pelicans, I'd just shut him down for the rest of the season. When he's ready to acknowledge he needs to drastically drop weight and change his game, then they can work towards making that a possibility. Come back next season with a new body and a new game. He has too much talent for them to keep going down this path of destruction. It should have NEVER gotten to this point in the first place. Playing all those minutes and putting up all those surface numbers at that weight were fool's gold. I said from the very start, it was inevitable it would come to this if he kept playing at this weight.

The bigger picture.

But nxggas didn't wanna listen.

I think the injury is worse than the Pelicans are telling the media. I wouldn't be surprised if Zion is really out for the season and the Pelicans are trying not to tank ticket sales and viewership.
