Man, I've never shopped at Zara, It looks to much like shyt for non-muscular nikkas.

But I remember working retail between my freshman and sophmore year in college...... back in 19..diggity eleventeen. :old:

Anyway, the one memorable shoplifting incident was a white dude who was stealing jeans and got with the ink on his hands.

When security busted him and pulled him out the dressing room I stood there and watched. This fools tooth fell out while trying to lie and say the security tags just "busted" while he was trying them on.

That was my first time witnessing shoplifting while working there. Every other incident after was a white person. And most of them didn't get arrested.

BTW...this was a sears where alot of black people from 3rd ward houston would shop. But the white folks would wonder in and steal often.

So let me get this straight. A Spanish company demonstrates racial bias towards employees and customers. Never would have saw that one coming.

I'll still buy clothing for my kids there. Cheap and stylish clothing.

From the report:

Of those who responded, 46 percent noted that Black customers were called special orders “Always” or “Often,” compared to 14 percent regarding Latino customers and only 7 percent for white customers. The majority of employees believe that Black customers are coded as potential thieves at a higher rate than white customers. Additionally, 36.4 percent of employees surveyed believe that Black and Latino customers are discriminated against at a higher rate than white customers. Employees stated that special orders are identified by “dressing a certain way” and are “mostly African-American.” Special orders were also defined as “Anyone who looks Black, not put together or urban.”

Assuming you're non-white, this right here makes you and your children look foolish. As soon as you walk in, you're identified as a thief. But a deal is worth that kind of discrimination, huh? Have some self respect.

As a black man, I know the prejudice exists but never purposely witnessed it because I just move a certain way of don't fukk with me. Not in an intimidating way just know I will call you out on your BS.

It will help but with goofballs like the dude in this thread having children moms gotta step up.

That's why I'm taking my time with mine. @Milk N Cookies @MoonGoddess , @CinnaSlim @Elle Driver and me gonna take our time and raise our children right with strong black principals.
