Exactly. Nikkas thinking the dude riding the phantoms, and living in the big houses are the rich people. The reality of things are that unless you are uber talented, the odds of becoming a deca millionaire (10+million are slim to none), but if you work hard, budget, plan, and are frugal, you can reach millionaire/multi-millionaire status in a single lifetime. I won't go into a long essay on the subject, but I will recommend anyone who is interested in becoming wealthy read the book "The Millionaire Next Door" by Thomas J. Stanley. You'd be surprised to find out that that guy down the street, who drives that janitorial truck, and dresses meager as hell is worth 2.6 million.
Thats the problem with a lot of people they read a book like the millionaire next door and it proves their confirmation bias and or their low key haterish ways that a lot of people have. They shining so low key I want them broke ass dudes. Y'all also seem to talk mainly from an athletes pov when we've saw many people with loong money spend like its no tommorow so stop going for the fables people with money spend it esp his type of bread when they are younger. Dudes is an outlier. Don't care if its new money or old money when your young more people with millions than not have nice cars maybe not the newest but it isn't pos.

This isn't a myth. At least the rich people living cheaply part.

I went to a private school my entire life and have grown up around truly wealthy cacs in MN. I'm talking kids whose parents made 33 to 66 mil a year as CEOs.

These dudes truly are penny pinchers when you see how wealthy they are. For example if you are making 33mil a year, what kind of car would you drive. This ceo guy was driving a Volvo. Whereas you can go to any big city and see some guy making. 150k a year driving a brand new bmw. Little things like that.

You are right. Having more money allows you more flexibility, but most older wealthy folks aRe not in Gucci. Their daughters are with the credit card
Why do y'all compare cats in most cases 2-4 decades older than us to us? That makes no sense to me. That's not apples to apples. You should compare young people to young people not a 50/60 yr old to somebody in their 20/30's. That's why it looks like y'all cats are haters even if your not (and I don't necessarily think most are knowingly at least) but let's get more comparable things though.

People are actually getting mad at this guy in this thread. Unbelievable at the miserable nikkas in this thread.
Where are the people getting mad at though? Some people just don't agree and or think he frauding. Who's mad at him?

1. the guy in this thread is in his 40s
2. most wealthy people are not in their 20s, if it's money they acquired themselves

They probably spend their money on stuff like expensive furniture or cookware or Viking ranges or whatever. Why do stores like Design Within Reach or Williams Sonoma exist? There's more to expensive shyt than Gucci shoes or BMWs or whatever.

1. I said most people who get money younger didn't say just dude and didn't somebody said he partied hard when he first got the money? Maybe they were just trolling I don't know about dude besides the company two.

2. Its enough wealthy people in their 20's maybe not this rich but wealthy enough and you see what the majority do with it in most cases so age esp if they the first one to have money in the family so age has a meaning in what I'm saying. You're not going to tell me the avg 20/30yr old going to act like the avg 50/60yr old with money won't believe that cause that's not even how it usually rolls with regular cats like us.

Oh I know this for sure. Don't know why dudes acting like most dudes with big money not buying crazy stuff. Rolls Royce and the like isn't being kept in business by the local D boy/stunters but dudes will go their grave thinking rich people driving pintos, living in huts, and wearing 20yr old new balances is the norm.

Interesting corporate culture, but we're not seeing *all* of his houses. Just the one he showed the reporter. That could be some little dive he stays in rather than drive or fly home after work. I noticed she said "his favorite place to live" which to me means he has other houses.

Fall for it brehs, he's trying to appease the liberal base. No way someone who's a multi millionaire stay there. That's a big security risk.
Fall for what? He actually has a big ass lot where there's a community of those trailers he and his co workers live in right in downtown Vegas. Read up on his investments in downtown Vegas

Thats the problem with a lot of people they read a book like the millionaire next door and it proves their confirmation bias and or their low key haterish ways that a lot of people have. They shining so low key I want them broke ass dudes.(:martin: Nikka, IDGAF what the next nikka do or has. A nikka says save your money, and the vast majority of millionaires are frugal, which is common knowledge, and you see that as hating:stopitslime: )Y'all also seem to talk mainly from an athletes pov when we've saw many people with loong money spend like its no tomorrow(:mindblown: Where did I mention an athlete anywhere in my comment? Did you just make up some shyt so you could respond, and WTF is "long money" :mjlol:. Please quantify that shyt. Also, while I didn't particulary mention athletes, how many go broke when their career is over. My comments were for the average person who has to get up and go to work everyday..)so stop going for the fables people with money spend it esp his type of bread when they are younger. Dudes is an outlier. Don't care if its new money or old money when your young more people with millions than not have nice cars maybe not the newest but it isn't pos. Yeah, your young, and naïve, and prolly believe everything you see on TV. Nikka I personally know 3 people who are millionaires. I watch how they live, how they save, how they invest. They are Frugal, and count every dollar. How many millionaire do you know personally, who aren't athletes, or entertainers, that actualy built their wealth. Go see how tight they are with their finances.

Why do y'all compare cats in most cases 2-4 decades older than us to us?:mjlol:Nikka saying "us" like he fall in that tax bracket. Nikka I just turned 30, and I know nikkas my age worth over a million. That makes no sense to me. That's not apples to apples. You should compare young people to young people not a 50/60 yr old to somebody in their 20/30's. That's why it looks like y'all cats are haters even if your not (and I don't necessarily think most are knowingly at least) but let's get more comparable things though. Got to be the stupidest thing I have heard. Money is green nikka. If you 10, 20, 30, 60 , 70, it all spend and stacks the same. You do realize most millionares began building their wealth in their 20's. Nobody said a 20 year old should have a networth greater than that of a 60 year old. I said be frugal and save so you can build wealth.

Where are the people getting mad at though? Some people just don't agree and or think he frauding. Who's mad at him?

:martin: I swear some people live in a different reality. The vast majority of people who are rich, and stay rich, are frugal with their money. They plan, budget, and live below their means. The average person will never see 10+ million dollars in their lifetime. Currently only 6 percent of millionaires have more than 10 million. It is very feasible for people to become millionaires working normal 9-5 jobs. You just have to be willing to sacrifice. If you wanna blow your cash, do you, it don't affect me in any way. Still doesn't change that the majority of the rich are frugal.

I swear some people do live I'm a different reality. The vast majority of them budget nikkas you talking about are living like that but dudes with real money aren't period. I won't disagree if you talking about dudes that barely have a million but in the case of this story and people with big money stop it dog and that's who we usually talking about when these stories come up. Ain't nobody talking about the dude that has a good job making low six figures that's where y'all dudes gets disingenuous at because y'all know this.

Edit: My dude are you being stupid with the comparison question? I said us because I'm talking most people on the coli are avg working dudes. How the fukk did I compare me to some super rich person learn how to read my dude. Also my point with the age difference is somebody in their 20's on avg isn't doing what somebody in their 60's is doing with their money. Where are you going to school at where y'all can't get simple shyt like, that? How many millionaires do I know personally that aren't entertainers? Quite a few actually (mainly less than 5 mill) starting with my parents who have been practicing law as long as you've been living. I'm speaking form experience even though some people are athletes I know like my friend that used to play in the nfl. I've told my cowboys brothers about dude even though they hated him when he was on the team. I don't speak from non experience I know people that have millionaire next door millions and people that have fukk you millions and most of them ain't living how y'all kicking it. I'm not saying they y all Lambo out either but at least a car that would get props on here level (bmw, audi, Benz, maserati, etc) minimum with a nice to boot. It also could be because they have an image to uphold I won't discount that but point still is that living like paupers its not happening.
