You having a shyt phone isn’t my problem. Punk’s lawyers were doing what’s called establishing a pattern of behavior unbecoming of a medical professional. Their case was so solid that they didn’t even need this particular information. It was never mentioned in court. The HIPAA violation and Z-Mann incurring no damages besides mean tweets sealed it.
