Z Fighters vs Avengers

i tried breh. unless its literal superman,(and even then...) it seems a lot of cosmic hitters are grossly underated

The Z universe loses to a bunch of threats, molecular manipulators, Superman level types, reality warpers, etc.

Problem is, their base power is so far above most Marvel characters and they have the ability to resist or stomp out telpeaths due to their transformations or multiple minds (Piccolo). Superman is just a guy I don't see losing more than 3 or 4 times.

It's been shown that Prof X is one of the most capable psychics on earth, not the best. In any case, there are many types he has trouble with: those with multiple personalities, scrambled minds, those surrounded by energy or currents, minerals and disturbed minds.

I say that to say, the transformation of any saiyan would give great pause to Xavier's powers. They emit an energy surrounding them disturbing the forces around them. Their power is destructive, healing and otherworldly, all dichotomies of opposition that any telepath would have trouble with.

It is not a one way street as you've described. Goku and some of the cast members have experience communicating through telepathy, some galaxies away too.

I ask you then, would Storm lose to Xavier?

Xavier has at one point tapped into Galactus's mind. LOL. Again, he's not just any old "telepath". He's able to do shyt once inside people's minds too. Before Goku has time to fight him off it would be a wrap. Again, people keep saying the comic book characters powers just wouldn't work.

yes, xavier would win. and i know where you're going with storm resisting the shadow king before and all that. But there's a difference between between a beyond omega telepath trying to murk somebody vs trying to finesses some shyt to control somebody. Here's Emma Frost knocking Storm out.

A telepath winning the battle is what happens in the panel I posted. They have to disable powers, fight on the Astral plane or change the course of actions. A TK bolt stops no one.

Again, Emma knocked her out with ease, when she tried to finesse Storm got an advantage. And lost in all this, Goku isn't storm. Storm has electrical fields she controls in her brain that help her from DEEPER PROBES like Emma was doing. Storm is not immune to straight blunt force telepathic attacks. Goku as far as i know doesn't have control over electricity on a cellular level like Storm does. It would be a wrap on his ass real quick. Again, people keep saying the comic book characters powers just wouldn't work due to will power. LOL

At some point Marvel decided to remove weaknesses from characters, see Surfer, Hulk, Thor, etc.

no i'm talking telepathy. a mindbolt is telepathy. which emma frost displayed. there's a difference between a blunt force attack vs a finesse attack.

And since this all goes back to DBZ vs mindcontrol...the character in DBZ that they fought off was a bum telepath that could only do mindcontrol if you have evil in your heart. that's the goofy shyt people keep tossing out as "Professor X's attacks would work". Professor mind control wouldn't even be based on good/evil. LOL This debate is silly.
