Black people are not going from jobless to wall street bankers in a single generation. My grandfather never went to school and was a low skilled worker but he was able to raise his kids and his kids became lawyers and accountant.
We didn't just enter the job market. Seems more prudent to look at the factors holding black people at the bottom.

Before we look at the factors holding black people at the bottom, we need to make sure these black people still have jobs, we need to make sure they don't go deeper.
If black people situation was already bad (being stuck at the bottom), how do you think the influx of immigrant kicking them of these jobs will help us solve the first issue?
Instead of solving the problem (black people being at the bottom of the workforce), you're advocating to let the problem get worse (black people being kicked out of the work force)
