Prostitution is still illegal.

I honestly don't know how it works in the lower 48 since there are brothels all over the place and modeling agencies are brothels themselves. But I do know that occasionally I see in the news about a prostitution sting and they got all these folks pics on the summer jam screen.

So yeah I don't know what makes it legal sometimes and illegal other times. That's not my world. :manny:
It is, so is actual prostitution.. hoes go to jail too.

But these hoes are basically pimping themselves. You can hear it in the music and see it on IG.

Prostitution stings happen everywhere in the states not just the lower 48.. all 50 states and their territories got women walking around selling p*ssy, and somehow massage parlors are still everywhere and even backpage was a thing.

Thing is, Diddy didn’t seem like he was just fukkin these hoes.. he’s been seen with some of them regularly out and about. Thats not prostitution, it’s tricking at most. They probably had an allowance :mjlol:

Unless Diddy was making bread off them from other nikkas or making them hoe themselves against their will, I don’t understand how they’re using human trafficking. They weren’t victims if they accepted. Were they threatened to get on the plane/boat, or did they want a Rich Baby Daddy?

shyt.. Ive “flewd” my ex out before as well before she even became my girl. She stayed with me, I beat the cheeks multiple times a day, took her out to eat, took her out in the city, etc. Is that human trafficking?

Who said they were prostitutes besides lil rod? Those are his girlfriends and friends amd associates. There is no law against putting anyone you want on your payroll or having multiple girlfriends. Unless they come out and say they are prostitutes but if they deny it there is nothing they can do.

It'd be fukked up, but imagine if Diddy was on some petty "fukk it, my life is over, I'm going to jail anyway" and came out and went "I categorically deny every single allegation against me, every single one, except Daphne Joy. I was paying her $5k a month just to shyt in her mouth, would throw her an extra stack if she would record her kissing her son within the hour:takedat:"

So I read most of the document. I wonder if the trafficking part will stick.

Seems it was IG thots being flown out while any other girls were locals. But yeah even without that Diddy going to jail.

Here' some clarification:

Puff has multiple lawsuits filed against him

These court documents are from the one filed by Lil Rod Jenkins, a month ago. They are part of that civil lawsuit. They aren't charging documents for the criminal case, they are a civil lawsuit, just like the one filed by Cassie in November 2023, and the two after that.

The searches were based off a search warrant affidavit in the Southern District of New York. That potential criminal case is a criminal federal case, for sex trafficking. The crime is sex trafficking and sex trafficking conspiracy, by force fraud or coercion.
The key is this, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion

that is how all the indictments of Epistein, Maxwell, Nygard were written. The Kelly and Keith Raniere were handled with a RICO, which is different.

Sex trafficking as written above could be, you (puff) take Cassie from NYC to Miami, for a threesome, and in that time frame, and outside of that time frame, she was threatened, (lets say losing her condo, which Puff pays for) or beaten, (as he is accused of) or defrauded by saying we are not having a threesome, this is for your birthday or whatever, and then she gets to the room and there are male escorts.

or lets say you meet a young woman, or one of your handlers does, and tell her she would be perfect for your new album, fly her to NYC from LA, for a studio session, but when she gets to the studio, everyone starts undressing, and maybe there's a guns there, or whatever. And she is expected to perform sex acts if she wants to be A) flown home or B) paid for her time

both of those could be defintions of sex trafficking by force fraud or coercion. for more reference, check out the Girls Do Porn case. Sex trafficking case. Two people got 14 years and one 20. Boss is going to get life.

So basically, this Lil Rod dude (who is sus) just started saying anything in hope it sticks to get the “settled” like Diddy did with Cassie.

But if they don’t find any serious evidence of Sex Trafficking (not drugs, not soliciting a prostitute, but trafficking humans across state lines against their will for sex), then this was for no reason other than to smear the guy…

It seems to be working the way people believe anything without facts.

Freakoffs and tricking isn’t human trafficking.. transporting and coercing AGAINST THERE WILL is human trafficking
