Yeah and I liked it, but people say its the worst game in the series. Steam has a load of the older ones, for cheap.

If the Oath In Felghana is on the PS store I need to grab it for my Vita game was one of the 10 best games on the PSP.

Ys Memories of Celceta(Vita) and Ys Seven(PSP on Vita) are the ones id recommend.

Oath in Felghana is good as well(i have it on Steam)

Ys is the best Japanese ARPG series out there. Thing is, Fatboi hasn't played nay of them, so he wouldn't know.

What makes you say this? I want to know more about the series. Are they like Final Fantasy where every entry is a completely different story? What makes it better than say a Souls game which is also a JRPG? I am interested in this.

Souls is a separate kind of game honestly. Its own sub genre. This, FF and Souls are all worlds apart. You really can't compare them.

In terms of the combat, Ys is as good as it gets for action JRPGs.

If you want more traditional turn-based stuff try the Trails series.
