Total grift by those lawyers. The ruling from Castle Rock vs Gonzalez already set precedence that you can not sue the police for inaction. People need to learn, the police are not accountable to the general public.

No. After they had the fight. Police wanted to separate them and take each of them to a location that neither knew. She asked the cop where they were gonna put dude and the cop told her. She was dead not long after.
That was on her for going back. If anything, her family and friends should hold themselves culpable as well for what happened to her considering the fact they need he had issues get did nothing to help her.

She was going to end up going back to him at some point regardless of whether they told her then or not. They seem to be blaming everyone else, but themselves for what happened when they played a part as well in what happened by not doing their part to keep her away from even when they knew how dude was.
Only way they were going to keep them apart is if one or both of them got arrested and even they were going to end right back up with each other.
