That shyt wild.... Spectrum broke out the pick 10 package for like where you can pick 10 channels and get all the local channels. And you can add HBO, Showtime, and Starz for $15 a month so it's $40 total. I haven't seen much better or cheaper from Sling, YouTube, or Hulu and not to mention none of them have the actual combination of channels I want especially with sports channels

Now I have the same service except I'm paying $20 less per month. Essentially the same number of people use the service, but they collect much less revenue.

YouTube TV is not even considered a top tier streaming service. The big three of Netflix, Hulu & Amazon are sitting pretty.

The second tier of Apple TV, Peacock (which is free) and HBO max are way way cheaper

They aren't competing directly against those they are offering what your local cable is offering. NBC, Nickelodeon, TNT, AMC, etc.
They had a good idea when it was cheaper than cable but now that it is just as much or more expensive it's dumb.
