Getting worse monthly. About 6 months ago i cancelled all my movie channels because of the rising costs. They just hit us with another hike now.
So now its almost as much as cable plus you need a smart tv or streaming box in every room.

$10 increase is insane, I just joined and got promotion pricing for 3 months.
The only competition is Sling, Fubo, Hulu TV and DirectTV Stream, and I think they all are more expensive.
Fukking sucks because YouTube is the best out of them, easy to use and share, and has everything you need. If they bundled this shyt with YouTube Premium, would be more justified with the pricing.

Do it bro. I think a half-decade or so ago we did hit an inflection point where cable had gotten too expensive, but now the TV market is correcting itself. Don't know where you live bit Spectrum offers bundles that includes some of these streaming platforms (Netflix and Disney in my area), and I'd imagine most cable providers do too nowadays!
Do your due diligence but if you find the right provider in your area, it's a steal. I don't need YTTV, when my cable gives me damn near anything it can give me at half the cost. Then add a few streamers and you still less than YTTV...

Went back to Spectrum recently they gave a great price with internet and mobile bundled in. Added Disney+ and paramount. It’s better than buying every streaming service at this point especially if u watch a lot of sports

Been on the IPTV wave for damn near 10 years. Haven't paid for cable since. Thousands of channels and free PPV.

For 13usd a month for mine. I remember the days where I paid one set price for a lifetime sub. All those shut down randomly. Now the one I use exclusively only offers monthly sub
