I posted a link explaining exactly what a laser gyroscope is, how it works, and how it can be used to measure the earth's rotation.

You posted some bullshyt about having a helicopter hover in the sky completely motionless to prove the lack of rotation like that's proof. Has that ever been tried before? Would that even be possible considering that you cant get a helicopter to fly in a perfect straight line in the air, stay there completely motionless, and land, all in a perfect line?

And you're STILL ignoring the EASILY TESTABLE issue with the coriolis effect with respect to planes. And yes, people have tried the helicopter test. AND the smoke stack test(the coriolis effect dictates that gas should never rise straight up, yet gas rises straight up all the time, another EASILY TESTABLE phenomonon)

I think I'm about done responding to you since you don't seem to know anymore than the rest of the people I've debated with in here

Air travels with the earth's rotation, planes do not have to travel faster than the earth's rotation. A plane doesnt not have to travel a 1005 mph in order to counter the speed of the earths rotation and travel at 5 mph, they are already traveling at whatever speed the air around the earth is traveling.

This shyt is only complex when you ask for a debate and refuse to believe anything posted.

If it did, then clouds COULD NOT move freely around our plane(they would only move in the direction of the earth's roation) and you would see the same clouds over the exact same area forever
